The 52 Principles

One principle a week.
Fifty two weeks.
One transformed leader.

Velton's complete body of work, rebuilt as a daily practice. Every week you take one principle, sit with it, act on it, and write down what happened.

Where It Comes From

Not a list someone invented. The curriculum, unpacked.

The thirteen modules of the Leadership Dynamics Academy each contain four principles. Thirteen times four is fifty two, which is also the number of weeks in a year. That is not a coincidence, it is the design.

Weekly

One principle at a time

A new principle unlocks each week, in the order Velton teaches them. No skipping ahead, because the order is part of the method.

Daily

A reflection and a micro-action

Each day gives you one thing to think about and one small thing to actually do at work. Five minutes, not an evening course.

Ongoing

Streaks and progress

Your journey, your streak, and how far through the fifty two you are, plus a daily reminder email so the practice survives a busy week.

For Organizations

Give it to your whole team

The 52 Principles works on its own, and it works even better as reinforcement between Academy sessions. Your managers spend a day with Velton, then keep practicing what he taught them every week for the rest of the year.
